| BIOGRAPHY |
simply known as legend in the non league ciruit,andy has joined me as assistant manager at lichfield,a prolific goal scorer where ever he played he will be a massive asset to the young players at this club
during his career and served time with clubs such as rushall olympic,burton albion,hednesford,chasetown,willenhall,pelsall villa and lichfield city andy was managed by ex england coventry city,aston villa and new york cosmos player steve hunt and coached by villa and scotland international legend allen evens
during his sucessful time in non league football football league clubs were always close by keeping an eye on him with dutch side woodwit eindhoven making an aproach,
unfortunatly for andy a serious head injury in season 92-93 whilst playing for rushall put paid to his chances of going pro,a fractured skull put him out of the game for a long time just as andy was about to sign pro forms with west bromwich albion,a long and painfull recouperation and rehabilitation ensured that andy was able to make a full recovery and lead a normal life.
having worked and known andy for over 20 yrs i can think of no person i trust more in football and having him next to you on a saturday makes the job a lot easier.
